Sales assistant - part time 3 days per week

This role requires availability and flexibility to work throughout the weekend and bank holidays,

The ideal candidates will have a "can-do" attitude and will be able to demonstrate an affinity with our aesthetic, style, and ethos. 

Responsibilities: 

Ensuring the very best levels of customer service at all times

Nurturing relationships with our scene 

Offering a personalised experience to our customers

Keeping stock replenished

Maintaining high standards on the shop floor

Unpacking deliveries of new stock and upkeep of stock inventory

Dispatching web orders

Keeping the store clean

Requirements: 

Appreciation of Cuemars’ culture

Outgoing and enthusiastic with a shared ethos of living a conscious and independent lifestyle

A keen interest and knowledge of the brands we stock

Previous retail experience

A great communicator with a natural flair for building relationships

A creative approach to selling

Resourcefulness, attention to detail, and comfort offering solutions and clarity where there is ambiguity 

Be able to work on weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed

Fluent spoken and written English. Additional languages would be an advantage

Outstanding and proven organisational and communication skills

A team player, able to multitask and work in a dynamic and reactive environment

work in a friendly and collaborative manner

A positive and enthusiastic personality
